A study on electrochemiluminescence of [Ru(bpy)2(L-Trp)]ClO4 complex in water solution

合成了[Ru(bpy)2(L-Trp)]ClO4, 并对其电致化学发光特性进行研究。发现在KCl溶液中, 在三角波脉冲电压作用下, 该配合物在铂电极上有电致化学发光活性。其线性动力学响应范围为5.9×10^-^9~1.2×10^-^7mol . L^-^1。当信噪比为3时, 可检测浓度为5.9×10^-^9mol . L^-^1。浓度为5.9×10^-^8mol . L^-^1时, 10次测试的相对标准偏差为5.3%。根据电化学研究的结果, 提出了该配合物的电致化学发光反应机理。

L-tryptophan complex [Ru(bpy)2(L-Trp)]ClO4 has been synthesized and its electrochemiluminescent (ECL) characteristics investigated. It was found that this complex had ECL activity at platinum electrode when triangle pulse voltage was applied by using KCl as the support electrolyte. The ECL linear linear response range for this complex is 5.9×10^-^9~1.2×10^-^7mol . L^-^1, the detectable concentration (defined as the concentration which could be detected at S/N of 3) is 5.9×10^-^9mol . L^-^1, and the relative standard derivation for 5.9×10^-^8mol . L^-^1 of this complex is 5.3% (n=10). Based on the results of the electrochemical investigation, the mechanism of this complex was proposed.
