新型硫脲分子-Gd(III)配合物对氟离子的选择性识别研究

A Novel Complex of Thiourea Receptor with Gadolinium Ion as a Compound Selective Recognition of Fluoride Ion

设计合成了受体分子[[4-[(硫代碳酰氨基)氨甲基]苄基]氨基]硫脲-Gd(III)配合物(LH-GdIII), 研究了其UV-Vis吸收光谱对阴离子的响应. 发现受体的DMSO溶液中加入F后, 吸收光谱强度发生极大变化, 并于426 nm处产生新的吸收峰, 且观察到清晰的等吸收点. 研究表明氟离子以1∶1结合模式影响体系的吸收, 该受体分子可作为潜在裸眼识别阴离子传感器.

The compound 2,2 -(1,4-phenylenebis(methylene)) bis(hydrazinecarbothioamide) was synthesized and its complex with gadolinium was studied as an anion receptor. The binding properties of the receptor with anions were investigated by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The absorption spectra of the receptor in DMSO in the presence of F underwent substantial changes, with appearing a new band at 426 nm and a clear isosbestic point. The UV-Vis spectroscopic titration experiments indicated the formation of 1∶1 complex between the receptor and F. The receptor holds promise to be used as an optical chemosensor with naked-eyes.
