氨水捕集模拟烟气中二氧化碳的实验与理论研究

Experimental and Mechanism Research on CO2 Capture from Simulating Flue Gas Using Ammonia Solution

介绍了氨水捕集CO2的反应原理, 利用鼓泡反应器开展了氨水碳捕集实验研究. 研究了氨水浓度、CO2浓度、温度等因素对脱除效率的影响. 研究发现, 提高氨水质量分数和pH值均可增大CO2脱除效率|增大CO2浓度和入口气体流量后脱除效率呈现下降趋势|最佳脱除温度为45 ℃. 红外光谱分析表明, 氨水吸收后的主要成分是碳酸氢铵. 研究结果对进一步开展氨法捕集CO2研究有较大的参考价值.

The reaction principle for CO2 capture using ammonia solution was introduced in this paper. Experimental studies for CO2 capture using ammonia solution were carried out with bubbling reactor. Main influencing factors for CO2 capture, such as concentration of ammonia solution, CO2 content, temperature and so on were studied. The research results show that improving concentration of ammonia solution and pH value can increase removing efficiency of CO2, increasing CO2 content and flow rate of simulating gas may decline the removal efficiency, and the best removal temperature is 45 ℃. The main product after absorbing CO2 was analyzed by the method of infrared ray spectrum, and the main component is NH4HCO3. The research results have reference value for further development of ammonia method for CO2 capture .
