青海杜鹃挥发油化学成分的研究

应用含硝酸银的氧化铝柱层析等方法,从青海杜鹃(Rhododendron Tsinghaiense Ching.)挥发油中有效地分得21个化合物,并经紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱、气相层析和化学方法等测得其中17个化合物分别为1~17.药理筛选结果表明,其中δ-杜松烯、γ-杜松烯、异愈创木醇和α-杜松醇具有祛痰作用;愈创木醇和异愈创木醇具有镇咳作用.

Rhododendron Tsinghaiense Ching grows concentrically in Jiegu mountainous country in the south of Qinghai. Its essential oil has beneficial effects in the treatment of bronchitis. According to the observation made on gas chromatography and thin layer chromatography, this ail contains at least 30 components: 4 monoterpenes; 7~9 sosquiterpenes, more than 15 oxygen-containing sesquiterpenes and traces of oxygen-containing monoterpenes and acidic; compounds. 8-cadinene and guaiol are the main components.
