均-三氮苯衍生物的研究——Ⅰ. 2-氯-4-烷氧基-6-芳氧基-均-三氮苯

等克分子的三氯聚氰与低級醇在丙酮中以2, 6-二甲基呲啶为脫盐酸剂, 在低温下反应, 得到相应的2, 4-二氯-6-烷氧基-均-三氮苯.将后者溶于丙酮, 分別与对-氯苯酚鈉及五氯苯酚鈉的水溶液在冷却下作用, 最后加热到40—45°, 形成产率頗高(86.4—95%)的2-氯-4-烷氧基-6-芳氧基-均-三氮苯:初步生理活性試驗結果表明此类化合物中, 当Ar为对氯苯基时, 具除莠活性;当Ar为五氯苯基时:对植物无抑制作用, 但促进其生长.

By reacting cyanuric acid with an equimolar amount of a lower member of alcohol in the presence of 2, 6-dimethylpyridine at low temperature in acetone, a series of 2, 4-dichloro-6-alkoxy-s-triazines was produced.The latter dissolved in acetone was then treated separately with aqueous sodium p-chlorophenolate and pentachlorophenolate, first in the cold and finally at 40-450, to give 2-chloro-4-alkoxy-6-aryloxy-s-triazines(Ⅱ) in fairly good yields.
