1.制备了十二种由米拉雪尔乙衍变的3-二烃氨基甲基-7-氯及7-甲氧基苯井氧六圜-4-酮盐酸盐,以备对日本血吸虫病实验动物治疗的试验之用。2.3-二烃氨基甲基-苯井氧六圜-4-酮盐酸盐的水溶液均不甚稳定。从7-氯基衍生物的水溶液中可以分离得同一分解产物,熔点104—105°。从7-甲氧基衍生物中也可分离得同一分解产物,熔点66—67°。

(1) Six 3-dialkylaminomethyl-7-chloro- and six 3-dialkylaminomethyl-7-methoxy-thromanones, structurely derived from Miracil B, were prepared for the purpose of finding an effective drug in the treatment of Schistosomiasis Japonica. (2) The aqueous solutions of 3-dialkylaminomethyl-chromanones were not stable and yielded precipitate as the result of decomposition. Prom the solutions of 7-chloro-derivatives we isolated the identical product of m.p, 104-105°, while from those of 7-mcthoxy-derivatives we obtained the other identical product of m.p. 66-67°.
