本文叙述从4-甲基乙醯苯胺为原料,经过五个步骤合成了3-烃硫基-4-甲基-N-(二烃氨基乙基)苯胺(Ⅱ)类化合物十种。并制备了中间产物3-烃硫基-4-甲基乙醯苯胺与3-烃硫基-4-甲基苯胺各四种。

Ten new compounds of 3-alkylmercapto-4-methyl-N-(dialkylaminoethyl) anilines (Ⅱ),structurally derived from Miracil D, have been prepared for the purpose of testing their chemo-therapeutic activity toward Schistosomiasis Jaqonica. Several unknown intermediates of 3-alkylmercapto-4-methylanilines and their acetyl compounds are reported.
