Synthesis of a New Anionic Surfactant and Catalytic Performance of Lipase in Its Reversed Micelles

合成了未见文献报道的新型阴离子表面活性剂磷酸二[(2-乙基己氧基)乙基]酯钠(sodium di-[(2-ethylhexyloxy)ethy]phosphte,DEEPA);以核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱表征了它的结构;在DEEPA/异辛烷反胶束体系中进行了脂肪酶催化橄榄油水解反应实验.结果表明,该反胶束体系的催化活性优于AOT反胶束体系,更优于油-水双相中的酶催化反应,最大活性是油-水双相体系的1.86倍.

A new anionic surfactant that has never been reported before, sodium (di-[(2-ethylhexyloxy)ethyl]) phosphate (DEEPA), has been synthesized. Its structure has been characterized with 1H NMR and FT-IR spectrum. Hydrolysis of olive oil catalyzed by lipase using reversed micelle composed of DEEPA and isooctane was carried out. The results show that the catalytic performance of DEEPA reversed micelle is superior to that of AOT reversed micelle, and more superior to that of oil-water double phased system.
