红花锦鸡儿中一个新的(艹氐)木脂体

首次从红花锦鸡儿(Caragana rosea Turcz.)的地上部分分离到四个化合物, 综合IR,UV,2D-NMR和MS等波谱技术鉴定了它们的化学结构:一个为新的(艹氐) 木脂体,命名为cararosin A(1);其它三个分别鉴定为已知的(艹氐)类化合物: piceatannol(2),(+)α-viniferin (3)和kobophenol A(4),对化合物1~ 4进行体外生物活性试验,没有发现它们具有抗HIV作用。

Four compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Caragana rosea Turcz. for the first time. Their structures have been established on the basis of spectroscopic data: one is a novel stilbenolignan, named as cararosin A (1) 5 the other three were identified as known stilbenoids: piceatannol (2) , ( + )a:-viniferin (3) and kobophenol A (4) . Compounds 1 ~ 4 did not show any promising activity of anti-HTV in vitro .
