介绍了利用1,3-偶极环加成反应合成氮杂三唑和氮杂四唑的设计方法和反应特点, 以及氮杂唑类化合物的合成在生物缀合物研究中的应用.

The characterization of “Click Chemistry” (the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition combined with the synthetic design of triazoles and tetrazoles) is reviewed, and some recent examples of various bioconjugates synthesis are introduced based on the “Click Chemistry”.
