电流滴定法测定鎳电解液中微量的锌

本文報告用氫氧化鈉熔融法來分離硫酸鎳中的微量鋅,並以亞鐵氰化鉀為試劑,用電流觴定來測定鋅.最適宜的實驗條件如下:指示電極用鉑微電極,而攪拌溶液,外加電壓為+0.7伏特,底液中合氯化鈉約0.5N,硫酸約0.4N.當固體試樣中合鋅約0.5%或欲測溶液中合鋅約5×10-4克離子/升時,測定的相對誤差小於±2%.分離和測定全部所需時間約40分鐘.

A method for the separation and determination of small amount of zinc in nickel-plating baths is here reported.The dried sample is fused with sodium hydroxide and the water extract is, after suitable treatments, titrated amperometrically with K4Fe(CN)6, using a stationary platinum micro-electrode, while the solution is stirred.The optimum conditions are as follows:applied voltage =+0.7 volt, and the supporting electrolyte should be about 0.5 N in NaCl and 0.4 N in H2S04.With.about 0.5% Zn in sample, the relative precision of the determination lies within ±2%.The whole process may be accomplished in 40 minutes.
