中国鸟头之研究紫草鸟中的植物硷

從紫草烏(Aconitum delavayi French)中發現含有植物鹼成分0.58%,其中結晶的植物鹼,佔有0.43%.此結晶的植物鹼,暫時命名為紫草烏鹼,其分子式已定為C28 H39O5N·H2O,熔點59-64°,[α]D~(17)=-9.56°.現已製成下列四種結晶鹽:(一)硝酸鹽,熔點154°;(二)高氯酸鹽,熔點241°;(三)苦酮酸鹽,熔點218°;(四)氯金酸鹽,熔點215°.紫草烏鹼的止痛作用比嗎啡為弱,但較漢防乙甲素為強.

A new alkaloid was obtained in 0.43% yield from the stem leaves of Chinese Aconitum, identified as A, delavaYi French.It is provisionally named delavaconitine, having the molcular formula, C28 H39O5N·H2O, m.p.59-64°, [α]D17=-9.56°(ethanol, C=0.7%).1"he following crystalline salts have been prepared:(1) nitrate, C28 H39O5N·HNO3·H2O, lusterous fine needles, m.p.154°;(2) perchlorate,C28 H39O5N·HClO4,cluster of prisms, m.p.241°;(3) picrolonate, H39O5N·C10H8N4O5,yellow prisms, m.p.218°;(4)chloroaurate, H39O5N·HAuCl4, golden yellowish prismatic needles, m.p.215°.
