有机锡化合物的研究——Ⅰ.一些三苯基锡化合物的制备及其杀菌性能的初步试验

关于有机锡化合物的化学结构与杀菌性能之间的关系,vanderKerk和Luijten等进行了系统的研究并得到了一些初步的结论:1.在R4Sn,R3SnX,R2SnX2和RSnX3等四种类型的化合物中(X=无机基或碳原子通过其他元素与锡相连的有机基团),R3SnX的杀菌效力最好,RSnX3最差.2.在三烷基锡化合物R3SnX中,烷基的碳原子总数在9-12之间者具有较高的生理活性,而与个别烷基本身的性质似乎关系不大.3.在化合物R3nX的烷基上引入功能基,一般都降低其杀菌性能.4.三烷基锡化合物(如Et3SnX)中X基团的变更对杀菌性能没有显著的影响.

Sixteen new compounds of the type Ph3SnX were prepared, using two different methods, and their fungicidal properties, together with those of some other known tompounds of the same type, were tested on Aspergillus niger, PeniciLlium italicum, Xanthomonas malvacearum and Sclerotinia sclerotionum.From the results obtained (as indicated in Tables 2 and 3),we may conclude that the variation of the group X in Ph3SnX (cf.Table 1) does affect the fungicidal activity concerned, the effect may be quite markedly in certain cases.
