从仙鹤草中分得五种间苯三酚衍生物的三缩聚体,定名为仙鹤草酚A、B、C、D、E.通过紫外、红外、核磁共振谱及质谱的解析以及碱分解产物的鉴定,推定仙鹤草酚C的结构为Ⅲ,并经全合成确证.

Five aoylphlorogluoinol derivatives named agrimol-A,-B,-C,-D, and -E have been isolated from the medicinal plant, Shian-Ho-Tsao [Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb (Rosaceae)].The moleonlar formulae found by means of elementary analysis and mass spectra are shown as follows: agrimol-A, C37H46O12; agrimol-B, C37H48O12; agrimol-C, C36H44O12; agrimol-D, C35H42O12 and agrimol-E, C33H38O12 The structure of agrimol-C is proved to be tris-ψ-aspidinol nBnBnB (III) with the aid of UV, IR, NMR, MS spectral analyses, and through chemical identification of its alkali degradation products.The proposed structure of agrimol-C has been confirmed by chemical synthesis.
