本试验提出了一个从富锰渣冶炼烟尘中回收某些有价值元素的湿法冶炼工艺.首先烟尘直接用硫酸处理,然后通过控制适当的pH,锌锰被沉淀分离开来.最后,把它们转化为相应的硫酸盐和碳酸盐.在烟尘中的微量元素如镓、铟、铊等是通过萃取法分别提取的.试验表明,辛醇-(2)和N,N-二(1'-甲基庚基)乙酰胺是有效的萃取剂.

A hydrometallurgical process for recovering some valuable elements from the dust in smelting manganese-rioh dregs is proposed.The dust is first treated with sulfurio said,and then at appropriate pH,zino together with manganese is separated by precipitation and subsequently converted into the corresponding sulfate and carbonate.The micro elements,such as gallium,indium and thallium,present in the dust,are separated by means of solvent extractions.Experimental results indicate that ootanol-(2) and N,N-di-(1'-methylheptyl) aoetamide are effective extractants.
