丹参抗菌有效成分的研究

THE ANTIBACTERIAL COMPONENTS OF DAN-SHEN

中药丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)的根粉用乙醚渗滤,渗滤液用5%碳酸钠溶液处理,得中性和碳酸钠提取部分,再经硅胶柱层析和制备性薄层层析分离,从中性部分得到丹参酮Ⅰ(Ⅰ)、隐丹参酮(Ⅳ)、丹参酮II-A(Ⅱ)、丹参酮Ⅱ-B(Ⅲ)、丹参酸甲酯(Ⅸ)、羟基丹参酮Ⅱ-A(Ⅷ)和二氢丹参酮工(Ⅶ),从碳酸钠提取部分分离得到三个新丹参酮,并测定了它们的结构,命名为丹参新醌甲(ⅩⅢ)、丹参新醌乙(ⅩⅣ)和丹参新醌丙(ⅩⅤ),上述各成分的体外抑菌试验证明隐丹参酮、二氢丹参酮I、羟基丹参酮Ⅱ-A、丹参酸甲酯和丹参酮Ⅱ-B对金黄色葡萄球菌及其耐药菌株具有较强的抑菌作用,用以总丹参酮为主要成分的片剂、油膏剂,治疗扁桃腺炎、耳疖、化脓性骨髓炎、痈疮、烧伤中的金黄色葡萄球菌感染以及其他由金黄色葡萄球菌引起的疾病都有较好的治疗效果.

From the neutral fraction of the ethereal extraot of the Chinese drug Dan-Shen, the root of Salvia miltzorrhiza Bunge, tanshinone Ⅰ, tanshinone Ⅱ-A, cryptotanshinone, methyltanshinate, hydrotanshinone Ⅱ-A, tanshinone Ⅱ-B and dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ were isolated through silica gel column ohromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography and identified by physical chemical measurements. From the 5% sodium oarbonate-soluble fraotion of the same extract, three new tanshinones whioh were named danshexinkun A, danshegikun B and danshegikun C were isolated, and thier structures determined.
