满山红化学成分的研究(第Ⅰ报)

满山红(Rhododendron dauricum L.)叶的多种制剂治疗慢性气管炎疗效高、奏效快.为了阐明其有效成分,首先对其黄酮类成分进行了研究,经聚酰胺柱层析或经典法分离,得到了七种黄酮类成分,根据光谱分析、衍生物制备、酸水解、酶水解及物理化学常数的测定,其中六种成分分别鉴定为金丝桃甙(Hyperoside)、山萘酚(Kaempferol)、槲皮素(Qercetin)、杨梅酮(Myri-cetin)、杜鹃素(Farrerol)及8-去甲杜鹃素(8-Desmethylfarrerol),另一新化合物为黄酮醇甙,其结构经测定证明为槲皮素-3-O-a-半乳糖吡喃甙,命名为异金丝桃甙(Isohyperoside).

Some preparations of Man-Shan-Hong (Rhododerndron dauricum L.) leaves have beneficial effects in the treatment of bronchitis. For the exploration of the active principles, the present paper deals with the studies of the flavonoid components of this medicinal plant. Seven flavonoids were obtained by polyamide column chromatography or classical methods of separation. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis, preparation of derivatives, acid hydrolysis or enzyme hydrolysis and determination of physico-chemical constants, sis of them were identified as farrerol, 8-desmethyl-farrerol, hyperoside, kaempferol, quercetin and myrioetin. The seventh component was a new flavonol glycoside, its structure was established as queroetin-3-0-a-galacto-pyranoside and named isohyperoside.
