本文报道了应用镧系位移试剂研究两个孕甾二烯酮异构体(1和2)的17(20)位双键的构型,以Eu(dpm)3为试剂,对假接触位移方程θi=K·(3cos2θi-1)/ri3进行回归分析.对1用结构E时,求得R=0.0144,对2用结构Z时,R=0.107.根据回归线分离了OH及C=0分别对C4-H的贡献之后,求得Eu(dpm)3对OH及C=O的络合比大致为10:1.

LSR study of the configuration of 17(20) double bond of two pregnadienone isomers is reported. Eu (dpm)3 was used as shift reagent and a small compuler performed the regression analysis for equation Δi=K·(3cos2θi-1)/ri3.
