本文应用COSY, TOCSY, 13C-1H COSY, ROESY, NOE差谱等NMR技术, 对新的19-羟基多羟基甾醇(Nephalstenol-A)的结构进行了鉴定, 并确定了其立体构型。

Assignment of 13C and 1H spectra and conformation of nephalsterol-A were obtained by a serises of NMR techniques including COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, 13C-1H COSY, normal mode LR-13C-1H COSY, HMBC and NOE differeence spectroscopy etc.
