本文对采用样条最小二乘法处理低信噪比的阶法离散数据的噪声滤除,导数卷积的应用原理作了详细讨论,从理论模拟数据和实验的测试结果表明,样条最小二乘法在处理波形复杂.含强白噪声的信号时,呈现了目前文献报道的分析信号处理方法所没有的优点,具有广阔的应用前景.

Spline least square method (SLSM) was introduced into step voltammetry to deal with discrete data containing strong white noise. The math. principle of SLSM was described in detail and the effect of treating various type of digital signal with strong white noise was discussed. In this method, the problem how to choose target function is neglected and many kinds of complex nonlinear curve fitting become acceptable. Testing it with theor. and experimental data, it shows SLSM would be the best method in handling discrete data, it can give satisfactory results even if the signal-noise ratio is as low as 0.33.
