锌盐与L-α-组氨酸配合行为的相化学研究

用半微量相平衡法研究了ZnCl~2/Zn(OAc)~2/ZnSO~4-His-H~2O在25℃及全浓度范围内的溶度性质,绘制了体系的溶度图及饱和溶液的折光指数-组成图,发现并制备了未见文献报道的固液异组成三元化合物Zn(His)Cl~2.1/2H~2O和固液同组成三元化合物Zn(His)(OAc)~2.1/2H~2O与Zn(His)SO~4.H~2O。通过化学分析、元素分析、IR光谱、TG-DTG及X射线粉末衍射分析等对其进行了物理化学表征。

The solubility properties of the ZnCl~2/Zn(OAc)~2/ZnSO~4-His-H~2O systems at 25℃ in the whole concentration ranges have been investigated by semimicro phase equilibrium method, and the corresponding equilibrium diagram and refractive index diagram were constructed. The incongruently soluble compound of Zn(His)Cl~2. 1/2H~2O and congruently soluble compounds of Zn(His)(OAc)~2.1/2H~2O and Zn(His)SO~4.H~2O, which are not reported in literatures are discovered and synthesized. These compounds are charactered by IR spectra, TG-DTG, X-ray diffraction, as well as chemical and elemental analyses.
