用一种新的合成方法------扩散合成法，成功地合成出了长度达毫米级，截面较粗的AlPO4-5大单晶，进一步说明了体系的局域不均匀性是合成AlPO4-5大单晶的有利条件。

A new synthesis method-----diffusion synthesis method is developed. By using this method large, hexagonal-shaped AlPO4-5 single crystals of millimeter in length with large cross-section were successfully synthesized. The results suggest that heterogeneity contributes to the growth of large single crystals.
