[Cr(III)(SSA)(en)2]•2H2O配合物的合成、表征及性质研究

Synthesis, Characterization and Properties of Chromium(III) Complex [Cr(III)(SSA)(en)2]•2H2O

有机铬(III)配合物具有较高的生物利用率. 本文合成了一种新型磺基水杨酸铬(III)混配配合物[Cr(SSA)(en)2]•2H2O (SSA=5-磺基水杨酸, en=乙二胺), 通过红外、紫外、荧光光谱以及元素分析、电导率测定和X晶体衍射等方法对其结构进行了表征. 在pH 7.4, 0.05 mol•L-1 Tris-HCl缓冲液中, 利用荧光光谱研究了配合物与人血清白蛋白的结合. 结果表明配合物可与人血清白蛋白以较强的分子间作用力结合, 条件结合常数为(2.7±0.1)×104 mol•L-1, 结合位点数为3.87. 在pH 7.4, 0.05 mol•L-1 Tris-HCl缓冲液中, 观察了不同温度下EDTA和脱铁伴清蛋白为竞争剂的配体取代反应动力学行为, 其中37 ℃时反应速率常数分别为0.0142和0.0225 h-1.

In this paper new chromium(III) complex [Cr(SSA)(en)2]•2H2O (en=ethylenediamine, SSA=5-sulfosalicylic acid) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis and X-ray crystallography. The interaction of human serum albumin with the complex was investigated by fluorescence spectra, the conditional binding constant K (2.7±0.1)×104 and the number of binding sites n (3.87) were obtained. The kinetics of release of Cr3+from [Cr(SSA)(en) 2]•2H2O to EDTA and apoovotransferrin was investigated at different temperatures in 0.05 mol•L-1 Tris-HCl buffer at pH 7.4 by fluorescence spectrophotometer, and the respective rate constants at 37 ℃ were 0.0142 and 0.0225 h-1.
