Synthesis and Characterization of Novel N-Glucoside

  1. Bromo-pendimethalin was prepared by radical brominating reaction from starting material of pendimethalin, and then reacted with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-actyl-β-glycosyl amine to obtain the novel N-glucoside, and characterized by NMR and mass spectra.

通过自由基溴代反应得到活性中间体溴代二甲戊乐灵, 再以2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰化-β-葡萄糖胺亲核取代得到一种新型糖苷化合物, 产物经MS和NMR进行表征.

Bromo-pendimethalin was prepared by radical brominating reaction from starting material of pendimethalin,and then reaction with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-actyl-β-glycosyl amine obtained the Novel N-glucoside,and characterized by NMR and mass spectra.
