PEO-LiClO4-SiO2-SCA体系电化学性能研究

Research on the Electrochemical Properties of PEO8-LiClO4-SiO2-SCA

选用硅烷偶联剂(SCA)对聚环氧乙烯(PEO)基固态聚合物电解质体系进行改性. 通过XRD, DSC, SEM, FTIR, EIS和拉伸性能测试等方法对材料进行了表征, 考察了SCA对电解质电化学性能和力学性能的影响|对SCA的作用进行了分析. 结果显示, SCA的加入显著降低了体系的结晶度, 材料的电化学性能和力学性能得到了明显的改善. PEO8-LiClO4-5%SiO2-SCA体系室温电导率达到9.0×10-4 S/cm, 屈服强度达到2.04 MPa (25 ℃). 同时, SCA使电解质膜表面变得更为光滑、致密, 这有利于降低与电极片间的接触阻抗.

Silane coupling agents (SCA) was used as additives to improve the performance of the PEO-based solid composite polymer electrolytes (SCPE). The properties of electrolyte films were characterized using XRD, DSC, SEM, FTIR, EIS and tensile strength test. The effect of the SCA on the performance of the SCPE was discussed. The test results show that the crystallinity of SCPE film decreases obviously, the electrochemical and mechanical properties are improved when the SCA was added into the SCPE film, the conductivity of the PEO8-LiClO4-5%SiO2-SCA reach up to 9.0×10-4 S/cm and yield stress is 2.04 MPa (25 ℃), simultaneously, SCA may smooth SCPE film, which favors to low contact resistance between the film and electrode.
