从中国南海采集的倔海绵(Dysideafragilis) 中分离得一种新的不饱和多氯二酮哌嗪-倔酰胺E(dysamide E).通过波谱分析及与倔酰胺C(dysamide C)进行比较而确定其化学结构,通过X射线单晶衍射分析了含两个双键的多氯二酮哌嗪衍生物的构蠤34Previously, 5 polychlorinated diketopiperazines were isolated from the marine sponge Dysidea fragilis. This paper reports another diunsatd. polychlorinated diketopiperazine, dysamide E (I) isolated from the same marine sponge. Compound I, C14H16Cl6N2O2, is colorless needles. The structure of I was deduced by spectroscopic method. The boat conformation of its geometric isomer, dysamide C, studied by x-ray diffraction anal. is described.
