基于Fe3O4/Au/GOx的新型磁性敏感膜葡萄糖传感器研制

在核壳结构Fe3O4/Au微粒上共价固定葡萄糖氧化酶,制得磁性复合粒子Fe3O4/Au/Gox,该复合粒子保留了良好的超顺磁性。通过磁力将其固定到改进的玻碳电极上,以二茂铁为电子媒介,制得新型葡萄糖传感器。研究了该传感器的传感性能,优化了实验参数。在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,葡萄糖浓度在5.0×10-5~2.0×10-2mol/L间呈良好线性关系,响应时间小于10s。该传感器有灵敏度高,选择性好,性能稳定,制作简单且易于更新的特点。

A composite magnetic particulates composed of Fe3O4/Au/glucose oxidese(Gox) was synthesized, which exhibited a good superparamagnetism. A novel amperometric biosensor has been developed for the determination of glucose based Fe3O4/Au/GOx particulate absorbed on the refit glassy carbon electrode through magnet. The performance of the sensor was studied by cyclic voltammetric and chronoamperometric techniques. In PBS of pH7.0, with the presence of the mediator of ferrocene ferrocene, a linear calibration plot was obtained in the glucose concentration range between 5.0×10-5~2.0×10-2mol/L, and the response time to glucose was less than 10s. The sensor exhibited high sensitivity, good selectivity and stability, due to the existence of nanometer Fe3O4 and nano-Au which maintain the enzymatic activity of glucose oxidase, and the sensor was easily to renew because the enzyme has a good magnetism.
