纳米尺寸氧化铝的红外光谱研究

用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备了均一粒径的纳米尺寸Al~2O~3样品,在相同仪器条件下测得红外光谱。研究了烧结温度、反应物前驱体的pH值和分散介质对IR谱的影响。结果表明,纳米氧化铝IR谱的峰值、强度和带宽有规律变化与制备因素、颗粒尺寸及结构有关。当粒径变小处于表面的原子数增多时,与Al~2O~3纵向声子跃迁有关的谱带强度有增强趋势。

The samples of nano-meter alumina of uniform partical diameter were prepared by an improved Sol-Gel method. The infrared spectra were measured in the same instrument conditions. The influence of the temperature, pH value of the precursor and dispersing agent on IR spectra of nano-meter alumina were studied. The results show that the change of the position and intensity of IR absorption are related to the preparing conditions and the grain size. Decrease in the particle diameter and increase in the atom number on the surface led to an intesified tendency for the spectra band intensity related to longitudinal phonon transfer of nano-meter alumina to increase.
