本文报告合成了2-二烃氨基乙氧基-4-取代基-苯乙酮类化合物九种,邻或对位二乙氨基乙氧基去氧安息香两种,2-甲氧基-4-取代基-β-二甲氨基苯丙酮类化合物两种,准备对感染日本血吸虫病的实验动物进行疗效试验。

Nine new compounds of 2-di-alkylaminoethoxy-4-substituted-acetophenones, two new compounds of ortho-or para-diethylaminoethoxy-desoxybenzoins and two new compounds of 2-methoxy-4-substituted-β-dimethylaminopropiophenones have been prepared for the purpose of carrying out screening test of experimental animals infected with Schrstosomiasis Japonica.
