嵌入式超薄碳糊膜银离子传感器的研究

Study of the Inlaid Super-thin Carbon Paste Film Silver Ion Sensor

研制了一种新颖的超薄碳糊膜银离子传感电极.在镍铬合金基体上通过嵌入碳糊薄膜而制得该电极.用电位法研究了电极的响应特性,电极电位E(mV)与银离子浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-2 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,检测限为6.0×10-7 mol/L,对银离子的响应斜率为58.3~60.3 mV/(-logcAg+).电极制作简单、费用很低、稳定性良好,可用作银离子指示电极.

A novel super-thin carbon paste film electrode was introduced as a silver ion sensor.The electrode was prepared by inlaying carbon paste onto the surface of nickel-chromium substrate.The electrode response characteristics were investigated by potentiometry.The calibration curve of the electrode shows a linear potentiometric response to Ag+ in the range of 10-6~10-2 mol/L with a slope of 58.3~60.3 mV/(-logcAg+).The limit of detection is 6.0×10-7 mol/L.The electrode described in this paper is very simple, stable and unexpensive.It was used as an indicator electrode for the determination of Ag+.
