导电高分子PEDOT/PSS稳定的Pt3Co纳米粒子的制备及电、磁性

Preparation, Conductivity, and Magnetic Properties of Pt3Co-PEDOT/PSS Nanocomposite

Magnetic nanocomposite Pt3Co-PEDOT/PSS was synthesized in an aqueous solution of conducting polymers poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/poly(styrene-4-sulfonate) (PEDOT/PSS) using a one- step co-reduction method and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), FTIR spectroscopy, and superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) techniques, respectively. The results showed that the average size and standard deviation of Pt3Co-PEDOT/PSS nanocomposite were 9.6 and 2.4 nm, respectively. The structure of Pt3Co nanoparticle is face centered cube (fcc). The films made of the magnetic nanocomposite of Pt3Co-PEDOT/PSS were conductive with conductivity between 1.6 and 4.0 S/m. The nanocomposite is superparamagnetic above the blocking temperature (TB=110.5 K) while it is ferromagnetic with Hc (701 Oe) and Mr (4.1 emu/g) at 10 K (below TB).
