Synthesis of a Chemiluminescent Reagent of 9-[2',6'-Dimethyl-4'- (succinimidoxycarbonyl)phenoxycarbonyl]-10-methylacridinium monomethyl Sulfate

Synthesis of an acridinium salt, 9-[2',6'-dimethyl-4'-(succinimidoxycarbonyl)phenoxycarbonyl]-10-methylacridinium monomethyl sulfate, was investigated. The synthesis involved seven steps and all of the intermediate compounds and the final product were identified by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis, respectively. Results of our farther study show that the synthesized compound as a chemiluminescent reagent owns more advantages.
