Interaction of the Ternary Complexes with Anticoagulant Property of Iron, Copper with Human Serum Albumin

The interaction between human serum albumin and transition metals iron complexes of warfarinanion salicylic acid ternary complexes with anti-cruor function has been studied by spectrophotometry. It was observed that transition complexes of iron and copper can reduce the fluorescence intensity of human serum albumin. The way of fluorescence quenching was static quenching, and then calculated the binding constant and binding sites. The style of action of human serum albumin with complexes was gained according to the thermodynamic functions at different temperatures. And found that iron and copper complexes have obviously changed the conformation of human serum albumin. The possible reason for which the complex makes serum albumin conformational changes is discussed.
