About the Cover:Sodium sulfite-mediated 4-thiouridine-to-cytidine (s4U-to-C) conversion can distinguish nascent RNA from total RNA, which is successfully applied to investigate nascent m6A. [Xiang Zhou et al. on page 326-330.]

About the Cover:Benzoselenidazole-based aggregation-induced emission (AIE) luminogens (AIEgens) with far-red/near-infrared emission and 16.48% photoluminescence quantum yield were rationally designed and synthesized. The AIEgen-doped nanoparticles can serve as an effective bioprobe to visualize tiny abdominal metastatic tumors with sizes <1 mm in a high-contrast manner, thus improving the outcomes of cancer surgery. The cover story comes from an ancient Chinese mythology named "Hou Yi Shoots the Suns". Hou Yi was famous as a great archer to precisely shoot the harmful suns down. Similarly, the AIE bioprobe is able to guide the surgeon to resect the tumor nodules accurately during operation. [Dan Ding et al. on page 319-325.]
