黄草乌中的新的二萜生物碱

从黄草乌(Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom.)中分离得到20个二萜生物碱,并应用HRESIMS,1D-和2D-NMR,单晶X射线衍射等方法确定了它们的结构. 其中一个为新的C19二萜生物碱,1-epi-16β-hydroxycardiopetaline,它是16β-hydroxycardiopetaline的差向异构体;19个为已知化合物.

A new C19-diterpenoid alkaloid, 1-epi-16β-hydroxycardiopetaline, together with 19 known diterpenoid alkaloids, was isolated from the roots of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom. The structure of the new alkaloid was established on the basis of spectral data (HR-MS, X-ray crystallographic analysis, 1D- and 2D-NMR).
