野回香挥发油化学成份的GC/MS分析

本文报道用毛细管GC-MS联用技术分析野茴香挥发油的化学成份。气相色谱分离出40 多个组份,质谱鉴定出24 个组份,占挥发油含量的91.42% 。它们是:醋酸乙醋、2- 乙氧基丁皖、乙基丁基醋、2-甲基丙酸、1.2-二甲基咪唑、乙基苯、4-(艹皆)烯、茨烯、苯甲醛、β-蒎烯、2-(艹皆)烯、冰片烯、苯乙醛、檜烯、异-拧橡烯、β-松油醇、松油醇-4、α-松油醇、香芹酮、茴香脑、异-石竹烯、石竹烯、芹子烯和苯基-对甲苯基醚。

The volatile oil from Vernonia anthelmintica Willd was analyzed by GC/MS/DS and twenty four principal components èonstituting 91.42% of the oil were identified, namely; ethyl acetate, 2-ethoxy-butane 、ethyl buthyl ether 、2-methyl propanoic acid、1.2-dimethyl imidazole、ethyl benzene、4-carene、camphene、benzaldehyde、β-pinene、2-carene、bornylene、phenylacetaldehyde、sabinene、isolimonene、α-terpineol、terpineol-4、α-terpineol、carvone、anise camphor、isocaryophy l1ene、caryophyllene、silinene and 4-methyl-phenyl phenyl ether.
