Synthesis of New 1,2,4-Oxadiazolines Containing 2-Phenyl-1,2,3-triazolyl by 1,3-Dipolar Cycloaddition Reaction

Schiff碱3和肟或氯代肟在三乙胺作用下通过1,3-偶极环加成生成一系列含2-苯基-1,2,3-三唑基的1,2,4-噁二唑啉类化合物4a~4g, 5a~5g和6a~6g. 21个新化合物的结构经元素分析,1H NMR, IR 和MS谱确证.

1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition of Schiff bases 3 with nitrile oxides gave 1,2,4-oxadiazoline derivatives containing 2-phenyl-1,2,3-triazolyl (4a~4g, 5a~5g and6a~6g). The structures of all new compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS spectra.
