Selective Oxidations of Steroidal Hydroxyl Groups with a Novel Oxidant o-Iodoxynaphthoic Acid

以1-萘睛为原料, 经4步反应合成了一个新型氧化剂邻碘酰萘甲酸(o-iodoxynaphthoic acid, INX), 总收率为38.5%. 通过对甾体不同位置羟基的氧化, 发现INX是一个温和的氧化剂, 对含有两个或者三个羟基甾体的氧化体现了它具有一定的选择性氧化能力.

A novel oxidant o-iodoxynaphthoic acid (INX) (1) was synthesized from 1-naphthonitrile in a four-step procedure with 38.5% overall yield. INX showed mild oxidative activity and selectivity in oxida-tion of a series of steroidal hydroxyl groups.
