N-硝基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基脲的合成及生物活性研究

Synthesis and Biological Activity of N-Nitro-N-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl) Urea

在甲苯溶液中,将N-硝基-2,4,6-三硝基苯胺与固体光气反应, 得到酰氯中间体, 该中间体无需分离, 然后直接与其它取代苯胺反应合成了13个未见文献报道的N-硝基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基脲类化合物, 其结构经1H NMR, IR, MS和元素分析确证. 初步测试结果表明: 当浓度为500 mg/L时, 部分化合物具有较好的抑制稗草生长活性.

N-Nitro-2,4,6-trinitroaniline reacted with bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate in toluene produced carbamoyl chloride. Treatment of the chloride, without any further purification, with substituted anilines gave thirteen novel N-nitro-N-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl) urea derivatives. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. Preliminary biological tests show that some of these target compounds have good herbicidal activities against Echinochloa crusgalli beauv L at the concentration of 500 mg/L.
