Efficient Synthesis of Alkylenedioxy-Bridged Bisdihydropyridines

2,2’-烷氧基双苯甲醛(1a~1f)或4,4’-烷氧基双苯甲醛(2a~2f)和过量的乙酰乙酸乙酯及碳酸氢铵混合物加热回流, 以较高产率生成了烷氧基桥联双二氢吡啶. 产物结构通过1H NMR, 13C NMR和HPLC/MS的表征, 并测定了一个代表性化合物的单晶分子结构.

One-pot multicomponent reactions of 2,2’-alkylenedioxy-bridged or 4,4’-alkylenedioxy-bridged dialdehydes with excess ethyl acetoacetate and ammonium bicarbonate gave alkylenedioxy-bridged bisdihydropyridines in high yields. The structures of the synthetic bisdihydropyridines were characterized with 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS spectra, and one representative compound was further confirmed by determination of its single crystal structure.
