无溶剂法合成杯[4]芳烯星形化合物

Solvent-Free Synthesis of Calix[4]resorcinarene Star Compound

以对苯二甲醛、乙酸酐为原料合成对苯二甲醛单缩醛, 接着与间苯二酚反应, 制备了含醛基杯[4]芳烯. 利用季戊四醇与含醛基杯[4]芳烯反应, 进而再与3-[4-(2,5-二氧杂环戊基)苯基]-9-[4-二(甲羰氧基)甲基苯基]-2,4,8,10-四氧杂螺环[5.5]十一烷反应, 合成了杯[4]芳烯星形化合物, 收率为65.2%. 产品结构经 IR, 1H NMR, MS 和元素分析进行了表征.

The p-phenylenedialdehyde mono-acetal was prepared by the reaction of p-phenylenedialdehyde with acetic anhydride in the presence of InBr3. The calix[4]resorcinarene was prepared using the p-phenylenedialdehyde mono-acetal and resorcinol as starting materials. By pestling pentaerythritol and calix[4]resorcinarene, and then pestling the intermediate and 3-[4-(dioxolan-2'-yl)phenyl]-9-(4-diacetoxymethyl)phenyl-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5.5]undecane, the calix[4]resorcinarenes star compound was synthe- sized under a solvent-free condition. After the pestling, the mixture was washed with water and recrystallised from the mixture of ethanol and acetone (VV=1∶1). The product and intermediates were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis.
