糖芯片是生物芯片的一种,如基因芯片对于基因研究和蛋白质芯片对于蛋白质组研究一样,糖芯片在糖组学的研究中同样也将扮演重要的角色。本文系统介绍了糖芯片的制备流程及其应用,以及在糖芯片研发开发中的技术障碍。

Different techniques for fabrication of carbohydrate chips and their research progress are reviewed. The non-covalent immobilization and covalent immobilization methods of carbohydrates on surfaces are the two major fabrication approaches of carbohydrate chips. However, the strategy that carbohydrates are directly attached onto a surface without modification will be the direction of fabrication of carbohydrate chips. The applications of carbohydrate chips are also discussed.
