Recent Advances in Organic Reaction Catalyzed by Heterogeneous Catalyst Immobilized by Click Chemistry

催化剂固载实现均相催化多相化已成为当今有机化学领域的一大研究热点, 而Click化学作为一种极其有效的均相催化剂的固载手段得到了广泛的应用. 主要从硅胶、聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、全氟烷烃、树枝状大分子等固载基质方面, 综述了近几年来运用Click化学实现的各类催化剂的固载, 并通过一系列反应对固载后的催化剂进行了活性和稳定性评价.

Recent research on organic synthesis catalyzed by heterogeneous catalyst is growing at an exponential rate. And click chemistry is proven to be an efficient and versatile protocol to covalently graft catalysts onto supports such as silica gel, PEG, polystyrene, flourous tags, dendritic, etc. A progress in Click catalysts which have high reactivity and stability in the organic heterogeneous chemistry is reviewed in this paper.
