本文用Rekker提出的巯水碎片常数(F)对逆向薄层色谱Rm值进行了多项式相关分析, 发现F能够更确切地描述逆向薄层色谱中有机分子间的巯水亲脂作用, 比用Hansch常数时要好得多.

The relevant anal. on the relation between the hydrophobic fragment constants (Rekker's constants) and the values of RM in reversed-phase liquid chromatog. is discussed. Compared with the Hansch's constants, the Rekker's constants describe more accurately the hydrophobic-lipophilic interactions among the organic mols. existing in reversed-phase liquid chromatog.
