光(热)致变色剂:单和双吲哚啉螺苯并吡喃

用乙醇作溶剂, 在哌啶存在下, 通过2,3,3-三甲基-N-(β-羟乙基)吲哚啉碘化物(1)与3-或5-硝基水杨醛反应, 分别制得螺环异构体6-或8-硝基吲哚啉螺苯并吡喃(2a),(2b).它们再进一步与异氰酸苯酯进行加成反应, 合成一对新螺环异构体;将2a与2b分别和2,4-二异氰酸甲苯酯(TDI)反应, 合成一对新双螺环异构体它们中有四个是光致变色化合物;二个是热致变色化合物.

Spiro compounds I [R, R1 = NO2, H(II); H, NO2(III)] were prepared by reaction of 2,3,3-trimethyl-N-(b-hydroxyethyl)indolium iodide with 3- or 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde in the presence of piperidine. To I addition of Ph isocyanate gave monospiro isomers IV [R, R1 = NO2, H(V); H, NO2(VI)] and addition of toluene-2,4-diisocyanate gave VII. II, V, and VII are photochromic compounds, while III and VI are thermochromic compounds
