近些年来随着化学生物学的兴起, 对糖脂类化合物, 尤其是一些与免疫应答相关的糖脂分子的研究, 取得了重大的进展, 得到了一些很有意义的研究成果. 着重就几类可作为免疫抗原的糖脂分子的研究进展以及它们的生物学功能进行综述.

关键词: 糖脂, 免疫抗原, CD1, 自然杀伤T细胞

In recent years, with the spring up of chemical biology, a great progress has been made to study glycolipids, especially those related to immune responses, and some interesting results have been achieved. This paper reviews the advances in the study on several important glycolipids as immunological antigens and their bio-logical functions.
