三氟甲磺酸盐催化甲苯硝化反应的研究

Toluene Nitration Catalyzed by Metal Triflates

利用三氟甲磺酸盐作为新型的Lewis酸催化剂, 用于甲苯与等物质的量的硝酸的硝化反应. 通过对不同催化剂进行考察发现Zr(OTf)4和Sm(OTf)3的催化性能最好, 甲苯转化率分别达77.1%和67.4%. 使用98%硝酸能使转化率达100%, 而用甲苯作溶剂时转化率达95.4%. 对硅胶负载催化剂的考察发现硅胶负载催化剂Sm(OTf)3能使甲苯转化率升至89.9%, 且异构体分布有所改变, 其omp为44.6∶5.7∶49.7.

In this paper, the metal triflates were employed as Lewis acid catalysts for nitration of toluene with 1 equiv. of nitric acid. Zr(OTf)4 and Sm(OTf)3 were found to be the most effective ones among the catalysts investigated, and the conversions of toluene were 77.1% and 67.4% respectively. The conversion of 100% could be reached with 98% nitric acid, while the conversion became 95.4% when toluene was used as solvent. The conversion of toluene was achieved to 89.9% with the isomer distributing of omp=44.6∶5.7∶49.7 when using Sm(OTf)3 loading on silica gel.
