总结了ESI-MS在研究不对称催化反应上的应用, 包括ESI-MS技术测定不对称催化反应产物ee值和ESI-MS技术表征不对称催化反应中的活性中间体/复合物, 并进一步讨论了以此两种ESI-MS技术为基础的不对称反应对映选择性的评估和高通量手性催化剂筛选.

关键词: 质谱法, 电喷雾离子化技术, 不对称催化反应, ee值测定, 反应活性中间体

The utility of ESI-MS for studying the enantioselectivity of catalytic asymmetric reactions by measurement of the ee value of product or the different intensity of reactive intermediates/complexes involved in the asymmetric reactions, and the further evaluating and screening chiral catalysts would be discussed in this review.
