苯甘氨酰胺结晶诱导的动态动力学拆分

Crystallization-Induced Dynamic Kinetic Resolution of Phenylglycine Amide

以取代水杨醛为消旋催化剂, 通过加入手性助剂, 实现了苯甘氨酰胺结晶诱导的动态动力学拆分. 在优化条件下, 单程收率达82%以上, 光学纯度达99% ee. 手性助剂可以回收, 含消旋催化剂的母液可以循环套用, 三次套用的平均收率高达99%, 光学纯度>99% ee.

With substituted salicylaldehyde as racemization catalyst, crystallization-induced dynamic kinetic resolution of phenylglycine amide was successfully carried out in the presence of resolving agent. Under optimized conditions, the single-run resolution yield was upward 82% with enantiomeric excess higher than 99%. The resolving agent can be recycled, and the mother liquid which contains the racemization catalyst can be reused. The average yield of the three times recycling was up to 99% with ee>99%.
