用手性α-苯乙胺为拆分剂通过化学拆分以较好的收率制备了可作为手性液晶材料的光学活性反式1-(4-烷基环己基)醇,光学纯度达90%~>99%.

Optically active trans-1-(4-alkylcyclohexyl) alcohols widely used in chiralliquid crystal materials were prepared via chemical resolution with commerciallyavailable chiral α-methylbenzylamine in excellent enantiomeric excess of 90% to >99%.
